Stocktaka Pro is $49/mo, charged monthly, and renews on the same date each month at the same price until you cancel. There is no introductory rate that steps up and no minimum term. Cancel in the account page in two clicks, any time, without emailing anyone or asking us first. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops, and your records stay exportable.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Should I buy a full inventory suite instead?
If you run stock across several warehouses, need barcode picking and packing, or have to post inventory into an ERP, buy a suite and do not buy this. Stocktaka is for the business whose stock lives in a handful of places and whose real problem is that the count is on a clipboard and nobody can compare it with last month.
Our own price is the only figure on this page: Stocktaka Pro is $49/mo, charged monthly, and it is the same figure everywhere on this site. We do not publish competitor prices here, because a price we copied last quarter is worse than no price at all; read theirs on their own pricing page.
