Stocktaka is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into a sheet stays in your browser and never reaches us. If you open an account we hold your email, your business name, and the items, locations, counts and documents you save. If you write to us we hold that message.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: you buy Stocktaka from us and there is no third party to pass you to. Payments are taken by Stripe, who see the card and we do not, and nothing else is shared or sold.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@stocktaka.com. We respond within one month.
