What this service is

Stocktaka is a set of free sheets that work the arithmetic a stock count produces, and a paid account that keeps the items, locations, counts, reorder points and documents you save.

How we are paid

Stocktaka Pro is $49/mo charged monthly by us, Ellul Solutions Ltd. We are the vendor: you pay us directly, and we are the party responsible for the service.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Stocktaka charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Stocktaka never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The tools index lists every sheet on this site with the figure it works, and can be downloaded whole as a CSV.

No warranty

The sheets do the arithmetic you enter and nothing more. They are not an accounting record, not a valuation for a tax return and not advice; the numbers are yours and so is the decision you make with them.
